November 13, 2020 (Lincoln, Neb.) – Today, Director Scott R. Frakes announced that four staff members with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) are positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19). Two staff members are employed at the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution (TSCI) and two are employed at the Lincoln Correctional Center (LCC). All four staff members are self-isolating at home.

November 13, 2020 (Lincoln, Neb.) – Housing units in two separate prison facilities operated by the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) are on a combination of quarantine and medical isolation due inmates testing positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Rich Cruickshank, warden of the Omaha Correctional Center (OCC), has been appointed to serve as assistant deputy director for intelligence and investigations.
