While our Volunteer Services team sorts through the nominations flying in for outstanding volunteers, we want to share a little about the inspiring individuals who are making a difference every day!

This nomination is for a volunteer from Kairos Prison Ministry, a Christian ministry that addresses the spiritual needs of incarcerated men, women, youth, and their families AND this individual leads religious services at multiple NDCS facilities. The nominator shares that this volunteer’s work has inspired many to live with faith, hope and love.

Today we celebrate the graduation of Class 323 from the Staff Training Academy. These new teammates spent the last six weeks mastering skills and learning about NDCS policies and procedures to keep people safe when they head to their facilities.
