NDCS Team Member Spotlight: John Lehn

IN THE SPOTLIGHT: Unit Case Worker John Lehn shakes the hand of a recent Thinking for a Change (T4C) graduate at the Nebraska Correctional Youth Facility (NCYF). Lehn has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since 2014. He is currently a member of the Employee Activity Committee (EAC) and Employee Positive Impact Council (EPIC) committees. He is also the Wellness Champion for the facility. IN THE SPOTLIGHT: Assistant Warden David Erickson checks his mailbox and looks over reports from the previous evening at the Community Corrections Center-Omaha (CCC-O). Erickson has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since May 1997 and has served in numerous positions throughout his career. “I enjoy working at CCC-O because of all the great people that work here,” Erickson said. “CCC-O does not have a large staff and it is important that everybody works together to get the job done.
