August 14, 2020 (Lincoln, Neb.) -- Authorities have been notified about an inmate who walked away from the Community Corrections Center-Lincoln (CCC-L) around 7:30 p.m. on August 14, 2020. Frakes announced that a staff member with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) is positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19).
