Frakes announced that four staff members with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) are positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19). Assault at LCC sends inmate to hospital

September 23, 2020 (Lincoln, Neb.) – An inmate at the Lincoln Correctional Center (LCC) was hospitalized today for the treatment of serious* injuries resulting from an assault by another inmate. The assault occurred inside the facility’s wood shop.
