Jan. 26, 2018 (Lincoln, Neb.) – Today, the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services released the application for the third Vocational & Life Skills (VLS) grant cycle.

The grant cycle begins July 2018 and runs through June 2020. The entire annual allocation of $3.5 million is available each year of the two-year grant period, subject to appropriation.

January 19, 2018 (Lincoln, Neb.) – Today, Nebraska Department of Correctional Services Director Scott R. Frakes provided Carey Dean Moore, #32947, notice of the substances to be employed in Moore’s execution by lethal injection.
