Inmate missing from community corrections facility

October 19, 2024 (Lincoln, Neb.) – Authorities have been notified about an inmate missing from the Community Corrections Center – Lincoln (CCC-L). Joseph Jarman #215558 left the facility without authorization yesterday evening and has not returned.

Jarman started his sentence on July 23, 2024. He was sentenced to 36 months and day days for attempted burglary. He has a tentative release date of December 10, 2024.

Jarman is a 34-year-old white male, 5’ 8”, 210 lbs. with brown hair and hazel eyes. Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to contact local authorities or the Nebraska State Patrol.

CCC-L is one of two community custody facilities operated by NDCS. Community custody is the lowest custody level and the least restrictive facility. Inmates are allowed to participate in work opportunities, attend school and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision.
