You’re probably thinking, what does this fact have to do with NDCS? Well that’s a great question! These little sticky notes are an integral part of process improvement projects here at NDCS.

During the Measure (M) phase of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology, project teams formed by a process improvement coordinator and other NDCS teammates create a process map that visually represents the activities performed during a particular process.
