Mike Biszak, Jed Limoges and Mark Stafford and are three lieutenants who have shown and continue to show what it takes to be a team and step up when there is a need, regardless of the task. For this reason, they are the recipients of this year’s One Team/One Vision Award at the NDCS annual awards ceremony.
