Succeeding comes easier when you’re doing it alongside others. These graduates of the Getting it Right program at the Work Ethic Camp (WEC) spent time together in a supportive environment, gaining the tools and skills that will help make their reentry successful.

Kudos to this group of men for successfully completing the Level Up program at the Reception and Treatment Center (RTC). Level Up is unique in that it tackles the issue of gang affiliation, how to break those ties and criminal activity.

Together with sponsors from the Community Justice Center, participants devoted numerous hours to personal growth and lifestyle change. In this 12-week program, peer facilitators helped provide a supportive community that shows others there is a better, more positive way.

When Margina Denbo joined NDCS, she was looking for a place where she could grow and build a career while working with people. Five years later, she has found a place to stay.
