Teammates from across various departments and facilities come together with Process Improvement Coordinators to lend different perspectives and form project teams. During the Improve (I) phase of the Lean-Six-Sigma DMAIC methodology, teammates begin to create potential solutions to the problems discovered in the previous phases. The team identifies the non-value added activity, and sets new goals for the new process by pushing past the old way of thinking and radically altering how the process works. #COEMonth
