Corporal Alexander was recently named the Employee of the Quarter at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW). Alexander stood out for her hard work, dedication and attentiveness. She was recognized for her commitment to assisting the Staff Training Academy with teaching new hires and current employees CPR and first aid for two months.

Additionally, she exhibited the ability to adapt and overcome the growing pains of the job and requirements of the second shift central control corporal. She always remains professional and finds ways to operate her area effectively. Alexander is also a helpful part of the NCCW Inmate Rule Book Committee.

Alexander is vigilant and aware of everyone’s location. She is quick to respond to facility needs. Her supervisors say she is very knowledgeable in her position and works great with others. Alexander is quick to offer a genuine smile and brings a great attitude to NCCW.
