A big thank you and shout out to SoulFull Cocina for bringing the delicious taste of ribs, pulled pork, smoked chicken and bacon-wrapped hot dogs to CCC-L this week. It was a beautiful fall day to enjoy BBQ for lunch outdoors.

The food truck is part of an incentive program for the incarcerated population at CCC-L. It's a reward for those who follow the rules of the institution and stay out of trouble.

The program has been such a success, team members feel certain this food truck will be back in the future!
