What if more than 40 community organizations could come together and share their resources for helping people live safe and productive lives after incarceration? This month, it happened! NDCS hosted a virtual reentry fair April 15 that included a day of 10-minute presentations from organizations that are involved in providing services to assist individuals who are reentering the community.

These organizations provide services to the community in education, mental health, vocational training and much more. Learning more about community resources, forming partnerships and brainstorming ways we can work together to make a bigger impact—the collaboration from such an event is invaluable!
