Congratulations to the newest NDCS Lean Six Sigma Green Belts! Governor Pete Ricketts presented Green Belts to Process Improvement Coordinators Shaun Grantski and Alyssa Payton during the State of Nebraska Center of Operational Excellence (COE) graduation ceremony today. Presentation of Green Belts is a historical tradition of the COE when one of its members achieves this rank. As Green Belts, they will use their Lean Six Sigma knowledge and skills to lead improvement and cost-savings projects within the agency. Well done, Shaun and Alyssa!
