Incarcerated individuals at the Omaha Correctional Center (OCC) submitted original artwork to be considered for murals in the Restrictive Housing Unit holding cell with the goal of creating a more calming environment. One winner was selected by staff and will have the opportunity to paint their murals on two 7' x 10' walls.
