Laughter could be heard from children, teens, mothers, fathers and other family members in the gymnasium at the Nebraska State Penitentiary for Family Fun Day this month. The incarcerated population and their visiting family members enjoyed spending quality time together playing a variety of games.

This event gave incarcerated individuals and their loved ones an opportunity to connect as a family and help keep relationships strong.
