The Diagnostic and Evaluation Center (DEC) has a new incentive program for inmates. The Housing Unit that has the least amount of guilty misconduct reports each month gets the chance to go over to the Lincoln Correctional Center (LCC) yard. The LCC big yard has more activities for inmates to participate in such as football and a track. Pictured is Housing Unit 3 who received the least amount of misconduct reports for July. Some of the incarcerated men organized a game of flag football while others stretched their legs on the track.
