IN THE SPOTLIGHT:  Education Liaison Courtney Jacobsen works on an education report at the Nebraska Correctional Youth Facility (NCYF).  Jacobsen has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since June 2018. Her job duties include verifying inmate education backgrounds, completing data entry for testing and verifying adult education and GED paperwork.  “I think if any of our inmates want to be successful when they leave, education is going to be a big part of that,” Jacobsen said. “So we need to give them all the opportunities we can.”  #NDCSTeamMemberSpotlight
