Twenty-three Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) team members graduated from the NDCS Leadership Academy on May 4. 
This was the 10th Leadership Academy cohort, and graduates boasted a combined 252 years of experience. 
Nebraska National Guard Major General Daryl L. Bohac spoke to Leadership Academy students and other NDCS team members about both effective leadership and good fellowship. Professional Development Administrator Christina Carter and Lieutenant Dillon Lupton presented General Bohac with an NDCS Challenge Coin as a thank you for his partnership and commitment to NDCS' mission to Keep People Safe.
