Cornhusker State Industries (CSI) Shop Supervisor Deb Prince checks an incarcerated woman’s work at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW).

Prince has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since 2003. Her main job duties include supervising shop workers, checking the quality and quantity of products and making sure everything in the shop runs smoothly.

“I enjoy seeing them learn a new trade,” Prince said. “It lets me know that I’m doing what I can for them and hopefully giving them a good chance to succeed out there.”
