Process Improvement Coordinator (PIC) Eric Kasik maps out an Accounts Payable Receivable (APR) process at Central Office.
Kasik has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since November 2017. His main job duties include forming workgroups comprised of NDCS team members, observing current processes and helping teams implement their solutions.
“Process improvement puts action to the day-to-day things that frustrate people,” Kasik said. “I love seeing change, being a part of the problem solving process and making things easier for people.”
