Bellevue Chick-fil-A serves sandwiches to team members, incarcerated individuals in NCYF's incentive program
January 4, 2018
Chick-fil-A in Bellevue recently served sandwiches to Nebraska Correctional Youth Facility (NCYF) team members and incarcerated individuals participating in the incentive program.
The incentive plan is based on four categories: behavior, education/work programs, sanitation and citizenship. Those assigned to the silver, gold or platinum incentive levels have an opportunity to watch two movies per month in the common area in addition to enjoying a snack and soda.
Bellevue Chick-fil-A owner Tom Deall, his catering team and the Chick-fil-A cow served sandwiches at the Dec. 22 movie, wishing participants a Merry Christmas and rewarding them for reaching their incentive level.
