Since the summer of 2016, Lucy Wallace has taught three teacher training seminars at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW).
Wallace co-founded Dance To Be Free (DTBF), an organization that aims to change the trajectory of women in prison through dance. Since 2015, DTBF has trained over 100 incarcerated women as dance teachers, giving them a healthy hobby and skill to practice as they fulfill their sentences and return to their communities.
