The Community Corrections Center-Lincoln hosted a cookout on Sept. 26.
The menu included fried catfish (made by Warden Charlie West), BBQ pulled pork and brisket (made by Facility Maintenance Leader Jerry Rotschafer and Facility Maintenance Specialist Dave McGuire) and french fries (made by Assistant Warden Shaun Settles).
