Congratulations to two outstanding teammates at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW)!

As a field training officer and instructor, Corporal (Cpl.) Ashley Bauer is an example for both new and veteran team members, who note that her knowledge of safety and security practices are invaluable to the facility and the entire team. She’s an excellent communicator and always willing to lend a helping hand —winning qualities her teammates appreciate in her.

Captain (Cpt.) Johnston truly cares for the team he leads and continues to support them in developing their skills and seeking additional training. He’s known for his attention to details and commitment to ensuring the safety of all at the facility—the population, staff, volunteers and visitors alike.
