RTC remains on a modified schedule, due to reduced staffing. As a result, inmate visitation will not be possible on Christmas Day (Sunday) or on New Year’s Day (Sunday). RTC will have special visitation hours on Monday, December 26 and Monday, January 2.

NDCS utilizes a preregistration process for visitation in all facilities. All visits must be scheduled at least seven days in advance, using this web form. Four adults and a reasonable number of children are allowed at each visit. 

If additional adults are attending the same visitation session, you need only complete one registration form. However, be sure to list the full names of all other visitors and include all of the necessary contact information (phone & email) for each person. Children of any age are permitted, when accompanied by at least one adult. Children’s names should also be included on the form.

All visitors must be on the preapproved visitation list. All visitors should be sure to arrive in advance of the scheduled visit time, in order to be processed.

If you wish to be placed on someone’s visitation list, you will need to contact that person and have them send a Visitation Request Form (VRF). Once the form is completed, send it to the appropriate facility for processing.
