Attention friends and family members of those incarcerated in NDCS:

With the closure of visiting and most volunteer activities, I know you are concerned about what’s going on with the people you care about in NDCS. The attached video will be shown on the TV systems of all the prisons by tomorrow. It may answer some of your questions, and at least it will let you know we are focused on taking care of the people in our system. As I mentioned, telephone call time is being expanded to two hours a day. We have our provider working on video visiting, but that not will happen quickly. We will be looking at other ways to maintain family communication. I know just how important this is to all of you.
