The Lincoln Correctional Center (LCC) held its first Thinking For a Change (T4C) graduation on Sept. 5, 2017.
Case Manager Rowan Taylor and Case Worker Chandell Tillman facilitated the class, engaging students and helping them believe in themselves. This class started with 13 students and all 13 graduated. Congratulations, everyone!
