IN THE SPOTLIGHT:
Food Service Specialist Tanja Bredwell organizes trays in preparation for dinner at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW).
Bredwell has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since 2008. Her main job duties include supervising kitchen workers in prepping, cooking and serving meals. 
“I’ve done food service all my life and I like working with the women,” Bredwell said. “If I can make a difference in one person’s life, I feel gratified.”
