IN THE SPOTLIGHT:
Sergeant Steve Lepper welcomes Work Ethic Camp (WEC) team members to the first day of in-service class.
Lepper has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since 2001. His main job duties include training all WEC staff. He provides WEC with pre-service and in-service training along with providing area jail employees jail training.
