Corporal Lucinda Holmes answers phone calls regarding questions about visiting hours at the Diagnostic Evaluation Center (DEC).
Holmes has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) for 11 years. Her main job duties include receiving and processing all visiting forms for DEC, the Lincoln Correctional Center (LCC) and County Jail visits, processing visitors into the facility and supervising visits.
“Working with the public, you get to see a different side of corrections,” Holmes said. “It is great to see these guys interact with their families and friends. You can see it gives them something to look forward to each week.”
