IN THE SPOTLIGHT:  Safety Specialist Kelly Turner unlocks a door at the Nebraska Correctional Youth Facility (NCYF).  Turner has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since 1986. His job duties include insuring the safety and sanitation of the institution, as well as insuring that all fire protection systems are working properly.  “It keeps people safe,” Turner said.  #NDCSTeamMemberSpotlight
