IN THE SPOTLIGHT:
Education Corporal Douglas Clark checks emails in the Education Building at the Nebraska Correctional Youth Facility (NCYF).
Clark has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since February 2017. His job duties include monitoring the youth, enforcing facility rules and regulations and maintaining the safety and security of both team members and incarcerated individuals. Clark is also involved in the facility’s Employee Positive Impact Council (EPIC) and is a Veteran with the United States Army.
“The close knit family atmosphere is what drew me in and will keep me at NCYF,” Clark said. “That is what I love about my job. I get to work with my family.”
