IN THE SPOTLIGHT:  Unit Administrator Athena Thomas works on inmate classification at the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution (TSCI).  Thomas began her career in September 2013 as a Unit Caseworker, then promoted to Case Manager and Unit Manager.
