NDCS Team Member Spotlight:

Captain (Cpt.) Darlene Warner was selected as a recipient of the 2020 Employee of the Year Award for the Operations Division at the Nebraska State Penitentiary (NSP). Joining NDCS in June 2019, Cpt. Warner has a high standard of work performance and is known throughout the facility for her work ethic and energy, all while displaying exceptional competence and sound judgement in the execution of her responsibilities.
 

Cpt. Warner has a combination of a “can do” attitude and a “win-win” philosophy, allowing her to be a highly respected role model to her peers and an excellent mentor to others. Being a professional team player makes her an excellent representative for NSP and all of NDCS.
