NDCS Team Member Spotlight:

Robert Owusu was selected as the 2020 Employee of the Year for the Operations Division at the Nebraska State Penitentiary (NSP). He assumed the position of Sergeant (Sgt.) at NSP in November of 2019. Sgt. Owusu is also a member of the Staff Empowerment & Resiliency/Victim Education & Support (SERVES) team. He is known for demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, always being professional and having an amazing work ethic. Add in that he always shows up to work with a positive attitude – that makes him a great representative for NSP and NDCS. The amount of effort and commitment he shows to NSP and NDCS are greatly appreciated.
