Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) Honor Guard Team members Jill Ourada and Shar Most traveled to Pennsylvania this week to pay respect to Sergeant Mark Baserman of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, who lost his life in the line of duty on Feb. 26.
