Congratulations to the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) newest Crisis Intervention Conflict Resolution (CICR) instructors.  They completed four and a half weeks of training and celebrated their graduation at Central Office.  It was a great opportunity getting to learn and grow with each other.  The instructors came from many different facilities across the state, and they are motivated to drive the program forward within our agency.  Great work!
