Programming changes lives, and Unit Case Manager Michelle Kringle is passionate about the importance of implementing these transformative classes at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW).

For his outstanding efforts, Michelle was the recipient of the Customer Focused Award at the NDCS annual awards ceremony this fall.

During his tenure with NDCS, Michelle has built strong community relationships with the individuals who manage various programming and exhibits the utmost professionalism among community members.

With open communication and excellent customer service skills, he works every day to deliver programming that meets the needs, interests and abilities of each incarcerated individual.
