Lincoln Correctional Center (LCC) hosted the Brothers in Blue Seminar April 19-22. The Brothers in Blue Seminar is a faith-based life skills seminar in which sixteen volunteers graciously gave of their time and made a positive impact on fourteen incarcerated individuals.
