Each year, NDCS recognizes a teammate who does an exceptional job of bringing the NDCS mission to the community. This year, Lieutenant (Lt.) Dylan Dreher was selected for the Outstanding Ambassador Award. He not only supports operations at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW), but also takes the NDCS mission beyond the facilities as a part-time police officer for the community of St. Paul, Nebraska. 

Annually, he provides security to the grounds, buildings, and outdoor attractions at the Nebraska State Fair. His presence helps ensure the safety of the fair experience for all attendees, taking the NDCS mission to the citizenry of Nebraska.

Lt. Dreher, your dedication to public safety truly makes a difference. Thank you for your commitment, and congratulations on this well-deserved honor!
