Known for his excellent rapport with the population and fellow team members, Corporal (Cpl.) Don Hardy is always willing to help out other staff whenever and wherever he is needed. Cpl. Hardy was recently recognized as the December Employee of the Month at the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution (TSCI). He has been a NDCS team member for two decades and currently works as the tool control corporal at TSCI.
