Enjoying your job leads you to want to come into work each day. At the Community Corrections Center – Lincoln (CCC-L), that is Unit Manager (UM) Jonathan Watt’s main goal. Watt uses his humble and humorous leadership style to encourage, motivate and remind his teammates that things can be accomplished at work while having fun. As an example, he made his rounds at CCC-L, reminding teammates to take the Q12 Employee Engagement Survey, all while rocking a cat shirt and tie-dye pants.
