October is Center of Operational Excellence (COE) Month and we'd like to give a shoutout to our NDCS Process Improvement Team: Andrew Spady, Eric Kasik, Shaun Grantski and Eric Spry. They consistently work on multiple projects throughout the department that add value to the team, create engagement and give people a voice by using Lean Six Sigma methodology and customer-focused efforts to bring positive changes.
