Each NDCS prison holds regular meetings of their Employee Positive Impact Council (EPIC). Today, Director Frakes held an agency-level meeting with representatives from each facility in attendance. The group engaged in dialogue on subjects such as communication, employee engagement and improving interactions with the incarcerated men and women.
