As director of strategic communications, Dayne Urbanovsky leads internal and external communications for NDCS. Her team focuses on telling the agency's story through accurate, relevant and engaging content.

Prior to joining NDCS, Urbanovsky worked in public relations and internal communications for healthcare, manufacturing and the transportation sector. 

Urbanovsky is a graduate of the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. She earned a bachelor's degree in English and a master's degree in journalism and mass communications, with a specialization in integrated media communications.
