As director of strategic communications, Dayne Urbanovsky leads internal and external communications for NDCS. Her team focuses on providing accurate, relevant and engaging content to tell the agency's story. 

Prior to joining NDCS in 2020, Urbanovsky worked in public relations and internal communications for healthcare, manufacturing and the transportation sector. 

Urbanovsky is a graduate of the University of Nebraska - Lincoln (UNL). She earned a bachelor's degree in English and a master's degree in journalism and mass communications, with a specialization in integrated media communications. She also holds a graduate certificate in public relations and social media from UNL.
