Director of Nursing at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW) Tanita Troester was a recipient of the Leadership Award at the NDCS Annual Awards. Troester's positive attitude shines through her communication and willingness to work with other team members. She is a visionary who is open to new ideas and willing to take on projects for the department. She finds and implements efficient processes and works hard to ensure that her team is informed about new policies and procedures.
