Unit Caseworker Lorna Ellinger was a recipient of the Leadership Award at the recent NDCS Annual Awards. With over three decades at NDCS, Ellinger is a knowledgeable and caring role model, trusted to train new team members at the Community Corrections Center – Lincoln (CCC-L). She has served on the CCC-L Employee Activity Committee for a decade and goes above and beyond for her team. Her teammates note that Ellinger is one of the most caring people and is proof that leadership is not a title, but that leadership comes from the heart. Ellinger is an excellent representative of CCC-L and the department.
