Unit Manager Jonathan Watt was a recipient of the Supervisor/Manager of the Year Award at the recent NDCS Annual Awards. Watt has exceled in a leadership position when he has been placed in an acting Unit Administrator position on multiple occasions.

Watt strives to perform to the best of his ability each day and he leads by example for his team members. He is very knowledgeable about the Community Corrections Center – Lincoln (CCC-L) as well as community partners. He’s always assisting the incarcerated population in bettering themselves. Watt has proven that he is a shoulder to lean on by providing hope during difficult times, along with compassion and stability for the people he leads. Watt is a great representative of CCC-L and the department.
